■材料(２〜３人分)
じゃがいも・・・大１個
玉ねぎ・・・1/2個
にんじん・・・1/2本
ベーコン・・・５０ｇ
にんにく・・・１片
オリーブオイル・・・大さじ１
あさり水煮缶・・・１缶(９０ｇ)
水・・・１カップ
牛乳・・・1/2カップ
ホワイトソース(缶詰)・・・1/2缶(１５０ｇ)
グリーンピース(冷凍)・・・1/2カップ
塩、こしょう・・・各少々
■作り方
１．じゃがいも、玉ねぎ、にんじんは１ｃｍ角に切る。
２．ベーコンとにんにくは粗みじんに切る。
３．フライパンにオリーブオイルを入れ、弱火で②を炒める。
香が出たら、①の野菜を加え、中火で５分炒める。
４．あさりを缶汁ごと加え、ひと炒めしたら、水を加えて弱火にし、
８分煮る。
５．牛乳とホワイトソースを加えて２分煮る。
塩、こしょうで調味する。
