[和菓子] おはぎ
■材料(２０個分)
もち米・・・１．５合
米・・・０．５合
水・・・炊飯器の目盛りより少し下
塩・・・小さじ1/3
あん・・・５００ｇ
きなこ・青海苔・すりごま・・・適宜
■作り方
１．もち米は洗って、２時間ほど水につけておく。
２．水気を切った米、塩を入れ、水を炊飯器の２合より少し下まで入れて
普通に炊く。炊き上がったら１０分ほど蒸らす。
３．あんを２０等分して丸めておく。
あんで包むものは少し大きめにするとよい。
４．ボウルに炊き上がった②を移し、熱いうちに水でぬらした
すりこぎでお米の粒を半分くらい潰す。
５．④を水でぬらしたしゃもじでおおまかに２０等分する。
あんで包むものは少し小さめにするとよい。
６．手に水をつけながら、２０等分したうちの１つを手のひらに広げ
あんを芯にして包む。
７．好みできなこ、青海苔、青海苔をまぶす。
８．あんで周りをくるむ場合は広げたラップにあんを広げ
丸めたもちを芯に包む。

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPods. It works well, but isnt as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser thats not an issue, but if youre planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPods larger screen and better browser may be important.
