■材料(１人分)
バナナ・・・１本
はちみつ・・・大さじ１
レモン汁・・・小さじ１
プレーンヨーグルト・・・大さじ２
牛乳・・・５０ｍｌ
ミントの葉(あれば)・・・適量
■作り方
１．ミキサーにミントの葉以外の材料をすべて入れて回す。
２．よく混ざったら氷の入ったグラスに注ぎ、ミントの葉を飾る。

Aw, this was a really nice post. In concept I would like to put in writing like this moreover taking time and actual effort to make an excellent article but what can I say I procrastinate alot and by no means appear to get something done.

I couldnt find (on YouTube)what Im thinking of as my favorite version of A Mighty Fortress. I like lots of brass (an orchestra is good), a pipe organ, and a choir. I was surprised that the YouTube version I liked best was rock!! (because it had the most spunk).
