■材料(１５０ｍｌ分)
いちご・・・１パック(約３００ｇ)
グラニュー糖・・・２１０ｇ
レモン汁・・・大さじ２
■作り方
１．いちごは洗って、ヘタを落とす。(大きいものは半分に切る)
２．鍋にグラニュー糖、水大さじ１、レモン汁を入れて火にかける。
グラニュー糖が溶けたらいちごを加える。
３．いちごをスプーンなどでつぶしながら煮て、こまめにアクを除き、
９〜１０分煮る。
いちごから水分が出て、小さくしぼんだら煮上がり。
ザルに厚手のペーパータオルを敷いてこす。
冷蔵庫で２〜３週間くらい保存できます。
(煮汁をこして残ったいちごは捨てないでいちご飴にどうぞ！)
