[洋食] サモサ風ギョウザ

材料(4人分)

豚ひき肉・・・150g
じゃがいも・・・1個
玉ねぎ・・・1/2個
サラダ油(玉ねぎ用)・・・大さじ1/2
カレー粉・・・小さじ1/2
塩、こしょう・・・各々
しょうが・・・小1かけ
調味料
・酒・・・大さじ1
・塩、こしょう・・・各少々
ギョウザの皮・・・24枚
揚げ油・・・適量


作り方

1.じゃがいもをゆでるか、電子レンジで加熱してから皮をむき、つぶす。

2.玉ねぎをみじん切りにして炒め、カレー粉、塩、こしょうで下味をつける。

3.しょうがはみじん切りにする。

4.ボウルに①〜③と豚ひき肉、調味料を合わせ、粘りが出るまでよく混ぜる。

5.④をギョウザの皮で包み、中温の油でキツネ色になるまで揚げる。
  お好みで塩、しょうゆ、ケチャップ、マヨネーズなどをつけて食べる。
