[ご飯・丼物] 青じそライスサラダ
■材料(２人分)
ホタテ・・・２０ｇ(１個)
生ハム・・・２枚
長ネギ・・・１０ｇ
トマト・・・３０ｇ
きゅうり・・・２０ｇ
ご飯・・・３２０ｇ(茶碗２杯分)
青じそドレッシング・・・大さじ２(ご飯用)
大さじ２(具材用)
■作り方
１．ホタテは1/2に薄く切り、細切りにする。
トマトはくし型、生ハムは幅2〜3cm、きゅうりは千切り、
長ねぎは白髪ねぎにそれぞれカットする。
２．①の具材をボール等に入れ青じそドレッシングを
入れてしばらくつける。（約15分くらい）
３．ご飯に青じそドレッシングを入れてよく混ぜる。
４．器にご飯を丸く盛りつけ、その上に②を盛り付け、
お好みによりチャービル・イタリアンパセリ等をのせて出来あがり。
