[洋菓子] マシュマロチョコビスケット
■材料(４個分)
牛乳・・・大さじ２
ビスケット(市販のもの)・・・８枚
マシュマロ(大きめのもの)・・・４個
板チョコレート・・・７０ｇ
■作り方
１．ボウルに牛乳を入れ、ビスケットを１枚ずつサッとくぐらせて
表面を湿らせる。
２．ビスケット１枚にマシュマロ１個をのせて、電子レンジで
約１０秒加熱する。マシュマロがプクッとふくらんだら
取り出し、もう一枚のビスケットを乗せる。
３．板チョコレートは割って耐熱容器に入れ、電子レンジで
約１分加熱して溶かす。
４．これを②の全体にスプーンでかけ、表面を糸のように格子状に飾り、
冷蔵庫で１時間以上冷やし固める。
