[洋食] 牛肉と新じゃがのトマト煮
■材料(４人分)
牛ロース切り落とし肉・・・３００ｇ
塩、こしょう・・・各少々
新じゃがいも・・・２個
玉ねぎ・・・１個
にんにく・・・１かけ
バター、オリーブ油・・・各小さじ２
トマト水煮・・・１缶
オレガノ(乾燥・生)・・・各少々
トマトケチャップ・・・大さじ３
塩、こしょう・・・各少々
■作り方
１．一口大に切った牛肉に塩、こしょうをふる。
じゃがいもは薄切りにして水にさらしておく。
玉ねぎは薄切り、にんにくはたたいてつぶす。
トマトの水煮は粗くつぶしておく。
２．鍋にバター、オリーブ油、にんにくを入れて
弱火にかけ、香りがたったら牛肉を加えて炒める。
３．牛肉の色が変わったらじゃがいも、玉ねぎを加えてさらに炒める。
４．じゃがいもが透き通ってきたら、トマト水煮缶、水２カップ、
乾燥オレガノを加えて煮る。
５．じゃがいもがやわらかくなったら、トマトケチャップを加えて
ひと煮し、塩、こしょうで味をととのえる。あれば生のオレガノを飾る。
