[和菓子] クリーム節句もち
■材料(８個分)
生地
・白玉粉・・・３０ｇ
・上新粉・・・１７０ｇ
・砂糖・・・大さじ１
・塩・・・ひとつまみ
・水・・・１６５ｃｃ
粒あん・・・１６０ｇ
生クリーム・・・1/2カップ
甘納豆・・・適量
■作り方
１．ボウルに白玉粉と水を入れてよく溶かし、上新粉と砂糖、
塩を加えて手でなめらかに混ぜ合わせ、耳たぶくらいのかたさに
こねます。(生地がかたい場合は水を少々加える)
２．蒸し器にかたく絞った濡れ布巾をしいて①の生地を５〜６個に
ちぎって並べ、強火で２５分蒸します。
３．布巾ごと取出し、布巾に包んだまま流水にあてて手でこねられる位まで
冷まします。冷めたら、生地をひとまとめにする感じで
布巾の上からこねます。
４．③を８等分して１個ずつラップにはさんで薄くのばします。
中央に粒あんと泡立てた生クリームをのせて、筒状に包みます。
５．半分に切った甘納豆を鯉のぼりのうろこに見立てて、
目は生クリームを少量絞って、甘納豆をのせて、
飾りの切込みを入れる。

@Scott S.: Yeah, the trades make no sense. Manny was for TV purposes to battle the Angels. Came close to picking Die Hard, Inglourious Basterds, and Sling Blade myself, actually. Good list. Ill jump in as the third party choice for Boondock Saints and say that its by far not one of the worst movies of all time but a deeply flawed and completely unoriginal one, which I think is where most people have their beef. Ive seen worse, but Ill never understand its cult following (despite once being part of that number).

I think Apted really pulled off all the characters wonderfully, and that was the highlight of the movie for me. Everyone just fit well and grew well. Poulter did a magnificent job as Eustace, absolutely amazing! I loved Reepicheep this time around; he, too, was pitch perfect, and a vast improvement over the Reepicheep of Prince Caspian.

This weblog seems to get a large ammount of visitors. How can you get visitors to it? It includes a nice individual twist on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to state is an essential factor.
