[洋食] 鶏手羽と夏野菜のロースト
■材料(４人分)
鶏手羽元・・・１２本
・塩・・・小さじ1/2
・粗びきこしょう・・・少々
つけダレ
・プレーンヨーグルト・・・１カップ
・マーマレード・・・大さじ２
・しょうゆ、カレー粉・・・各大さじ１
・すりおろしにんにく・・・小さじ１
・にんじん・・・小さじ１
なす・・・２本
にんじん・・・１本
ズッキーニ・・・１本
オリーブ油・・・大さじ２
にんにく・・・１かけ
ローズマリー・・・２枝
■作り方
１．鶏手羽元は骨にそって切れ目を入れ、塩とこしょうをもみこむ。
なすは縦に４等分にする。
にんじんとズッキーニは長さを半分に切り、縦に６等分する。
２．ビニール袋につけダレを入れ、塩、こしょうを
もみこんだ鶏肉を加え、袋ごともんで味をなじませる。
３．小鍋にオリーブ油とにんにくを入れて弱火にかけ、
香りが立ったら火を止める。
４．天板にオーブンシートを敷き、鶏肉をつけダレをぬぐってのせる。
なす、にんじん、ズッキーニものせる。
５．野菜には③を全体にかけ、ローズマリーをのせて、
１９０℃のオーブンで１５〜２０分ほど焼く。
