■材料(直径１８ｃｍの丸型)
にんじん・・・中１本
生地
・小麦粉・・・１３０ｇ
・砂糖・・・７０ｇ
・ベーキングパウダー・・・小さじ１
・重曹・・・小さじ1/2
・シナモン・・・小さじ１
・卵・・・２個
・サラダ油・・・５０ｃｃ
飾り用クリーム
・クリームチーズ(レンジに１分かけておく)・・・２２５ｇ
・バター(レンジに弱で２０秒かけておく)・・・４０ｇ
・粉砂糖・・・大さじ２
・キルッシュ・・・少量
くるみ・・・1/2カップ
粉砂糖・・・適量
■作り方
※始めにやっておくこと
●型にペーパータオル、パラフィン紙を敷く
●クリームチーズとバターをレンジにかけ柔らかくしておく
１．にんじんをすりおろす。(１カップ分必要)
２．ボールに生地の材料を入れ、ハンドミキサーの低速で全体を合わせる。
３．高速に切り替えて、２分ぐらい混ぜ合わせる。
４．にんじんのすりおろしを加え、さらによく混ぜ合わせる。
５．型に流し、底をたたいて、レンジ用金網のうえにのせて、弱で６分加熱。
６．強に切り替えて、さらに５分加熱。
７．表面は少しベトベトしている。焼き色も薄い状態まで加熱したら、
アルミホイルをかけて、１０分おいて、余熱で完全に熱を通す。
８．かなり縮んで、水分が出てくるが、焼き色が濃くなり、ふっくらっする。
冷めたら２段に切り分け、間と側面に飾り用のクリームを塗る。
９．回りにくるみをつけ、金網をのせ、上から粉砂糖とふりかける。
