■材料(４人分)
米・・・１と1/2カップ(１８０ｃｃ×１．５カップ)
えび(殻つき)・・・６〜８尾
玉ねぎ・・・1/2個
にんにく・・・２片
ピーマン・・・１個
パプリカ(赤)・・・１個
いんげん・・・５本
ソーセージ・・・大２本
オリーブオイル・・・大さじ４
白ワイン・・・１カップ
Ａ
・トマトジュース＋煮汁・・・１８０ｃｃ
・水・・・１８０ｃｃ
固形コンソメ・・・１個
塩、こしょう・・・各適量
■作り方
１．えびは殻つきのまま、背ワタをとる。
２．玉ねぎ、にんにくはみじん切りに、ピーマン、パプリカは種をとって
細切り、いんげんは長さを３等分に切る。
ソーセージは斜め薄切りにする。
３．フライパンにオリーブオイル大さじ３とにんにくを入れて、
弱火にかけ、香が立ってきたら、えび、ソーセージの順に炒め、
白ワインを加えて、中火で煮る。
４．③の煮汁が半量になるぐらい煮つまったら、ざるに上げ、
煮汁と具に分ける。
５．④の煮汁とトマトジュース、水をあわせ、Ａを用意する。
６．③と同じフライパンに残りのオリーブオイルを熱し、
米、玉ねぎを中火で炒める。米が透き通ってきたら、⑤で用意したＡと
コンソメ、塩、こしょうを入れ、蓋をして中火で５分ほど炊く。
７．フライパンに④の具といんげん、パプリカ、ピーマンの順に入れ、
再び蓋をして、弱火で２０分蒸し焼きにする。

Tim, what you say here is simply incorrect. You are wrong to say that those who opposed interracial marriage defined marriage as a union between people of the same ethnicity. They did not. They acknowledged that it was possible for a black man and white woman to get married. They accepted that this would meet the definition of marriage. Their problem with these unions is not that they werent marriage, their problem is that they thought it was *wrong* to mix the races. See the difference?
